We are looking for a professional Training Specialist to work with the Training Manager to ensure the smooth and effective training events and special projects. Responsibilities include design, develop, coordinate and conduct large or small-scale training programs.


  • Facilitate corporate or ad hoc training programs and events.
  • Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information.
  • Use acceptable adult learning principles; stay up to date on new training methods and techniques.
  • Design and prepare learning aids and materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and network with subject matter experts regarding content and instructional design.
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
  • Schedule, manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.


  • Proven work experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
  • Adequate knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation.
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field preferred.
  • Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
