We are seeking a Hybrid Specialist to join our dynamic Team!

SUMMARY:

The Hybrid Specialist is responsible for delivering a best in class service to our customers while maintaining the highest level of integrity.  The ideal candidate will have the desire to deliver an incredible customer experience while looking for opportunities to generate a sale.  In order to succeed in this endeavor, a successful candidate will display the following characteristics:

Team-oriented – As an integral member of the team, you will represent a consistent image of AutoAnything, Inc.  You will be part of a peer group who respect different ideas and opinions.  Responsible attendance is critical to the success of the team.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

2 or more years of experience in Customer Service
Sales experience is a plus
Call Center experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
High school diploma or equivalent required
Some nights and weekends availability required
Automotive Parts/ Accessories knowledge a plus
Ability to type greater than 40 WPM is required
