About You

You'll be working as a part of the Enterprise Services product team; you'll collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise and influence the vision and execution direction to aide our success.  You’ll exhibit leadership through high engagement, active listening, business savvy, strategic thinking, software delivery (integration and deployment) know-how, collaboration, and communication.

Relevant Experience

  • You've managed the iterative development of enterprise products and feature sets.
  • You’ve are a subject matter expert in fulfillment concerns, including purchase orders, warehouse management, shipping, and invoicing
  • You've performed analysis and gathered data to support your prioritization and vision
  • You have a solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, Rest APIs, and SQL.
  • You've been a hands-on contributor as part of an agile team.
  • You’ve preferably worked for an organization in the Internet Retailer Top 500.
  • You have a degree in a related discipline or other equivalent formal education.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a business outcome.
  • Understand the vision of a business outcome from the point of view of customer, end user or stakeholders and the potential impact to technical domains, products, and process they affect.
  • Use data driven decision making to maintain the product backlog as a prioritized features list that ensures work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with business outcomes.
  • Motivate the team, emphasizing the value of iterative delivery, and represent which increments deliver what value
  • Be the bridge between stakeholders and product teams.  Emphasize product vision to the delivery team consistently
  • Raise risks and impediments to stakeholders.
  • Define software release plans and scope with product team. Be the voice to stakeholders on capabilities released and incidents.
  • Lead feature UATs, documentation, and training.
