We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic Operations Team!


The Sales Supervisor’s primary responsibility will be to lead a staff of 12 – 15 Inside Sales Specialists to provide a best in class customer experience while delivering on specific goals and KPI’s.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


The Sales Supervisor is responsible for motivating and leading a group of Sales Specialists within the AutoAnything Contact Center to meet and exceed department sales goals and KPI’s. They will be the main point of reference for the Sales team for product and promotion questions as well as handling any escalations. Additionally, the Sales Supervisor is accountable for maintaining service levels through strategic scheduling and planning.

This role will conduct formal monthly coaching sessions in the form of scorecards as well as annual performance reviews but also be able to jump on an opportunity to coach on the spot. Building relationships with the team while maintaining a culture of accountability comes naturally and customer experience is the basis of every conversation.

As part of the Leadership team, the Sales Supervisor will assist in communicating and supporting company initiatives as well as supporting training curriculum. They will also be involved in the screening and selection of new Sales Specialists.

The Sales Supervisor will report to the Sales Manager and provide routine updates on the status of the team as well as individual and group performance. They will be directly involved in conducting sales workshops in partnership with peer Supervisors and may have to support other teams throughout the week.


2+ years of Sales Leadership experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Retail Leadership Experience Preferred

Automotive Knowledge Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
Strong organizational/prioritization skills required
Must be flexible to work various shifts including evenings, holidays, and weekends
Self-motivating and results oriented 
Proficient in MS Office
