We are seeking a Hybrid (Sales/Customer Service) Specialist to join our dynamic Team! The ideal candidate is a natural at delivering a best in class experience for our customers. Whether it is finding the perfect accessory or part, or helping to get an existing order back on track, this individual will always find a solution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage 40-60 inbound calls per day with 90% of call volume being sales opportunities for aftermarket, replacement or accessory parts
  • Build rapport with each caller to help create a more personal experience
  • Ask qualifying/discovery questions to each customer to accurately determine the correct item as well as complimentary items
  • Provide insight to customers on features and benefits of competing parts
  • Maintain quality of service by consistently demonstrating the AutoAnything-approved sales process
  • Multi-task as needed to search part information while maintaining conversation with the customer
  • Overcome objections by addressing customer concerns
  • Assist customers with Order Status, Returns and other Customer Service related issues
  • Display empathy when necessary and strive for a win/win one-call resolution

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 or more years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience
  • Retail experience a plus
  • Automotive parts/accessories knowledge a plus
  • Experience using Microsoft Office or G-Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Flexible schedule needed. Some nights and weekends availability required
