We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic Team! The ideal candidate is a natural at delivering a best in class experience for our customers. Whether it is helping to get an existing order back on track, or ensuring the customer receives an outstanding customer experience, this individual will always finds a solution that exceeds the customer’s expectation.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage 40-50 inbound Customer Service calls per day

• Build rapport and empathize with each caller to help create a more personal experience

• Assist customers with Order Status, Returns, Reorders, and other Customer Service related  issues

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service to every customer

• Multi-task as needed through various programs while maintaining conversation with the customer

• Process orders with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and courtesy

• Provide insight to customers on features and benefits of competing parts

• Build and maintain positive relationships with all customers and external business partners

• Display empathy when necessary and strive for a win/win one-call resolution

• Strong problem solving skills and ability to interpret and communicate data


QUALIFICATIONS:

·         2 or more years of Customer Service experience

·         Positive can-do attitude, self-motivating and results oriented

·         Basic understanding of the automotive and e-commerce industries a plus

·         Experience using Microsoft Office or G-Suite

·         High school diploma or equivalent required

·         Flexible schedule needed. Some weekends and holiday availability required
